Job description & responsibilities

As a Graphic Designer & Product Manager, you will be pivotal in shaping the content of dakis’ Print on Demand platform product catalog offering. Your role will encompass developing a comprehensive product catalog, managing projects, designing print on demand products, and creating marketing and social media assets to support our retailers.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Product Catalog Management: Develop, curate, and manage a comprehensive product catalog, ensuring a diverse and appealing range of print on demand products.
2. Project Management: Exhibit strong managerial skills in overseeing projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
3. Product Design: Design innovative and attractive print on demand products that meet market demands and customer preferences.
4. Marketing Asset Creation: Develop marketing and social media assets that enable retailers to effectively promote their offerings, thereby driving sales and engagement.
5. Team Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to align design initiatives with business goals.
6. Market Analysis: Stay abreast of market trends to inform design decisions and product offerings.

Qualifications:

• Good understanding of web-to-print technologies and printing eCommerce platforms.
• Degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Proven experience in graphic design and product management.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
• Experience in creating marketing and social media content.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Bilingual or can communicate very well in English (written and oral).
• Good common sense.
• Capable of prioritizing your tasks and managing your time.
• You get the job done.

Bonus points if:

• Familiarity with the camera stores, photo labs, and print shops industries.
• Printing experience.
• Project Management skills.
