At dakis, web development is king! We are looking for a talented software developer who doesn’t fear JavaScript and new web technologies, and who is very enthusiastic at the idea of bringing eCommerce to the next level. You will play an active role in shaping dakis’ next generation eCommerce and photo solutions. More precisely, you will:  

• Assist in the definition, planning and implementation of your projects
• Develop reusable React components
• Participate in code review with your colleagues
• Use internal APIs to communicate with your applications

Main qualifications & desired skills

• Deep knowledge of JavaScript, HTML 5 & CSS 3
• Experience with JavaScript Frameworks (React,Angular, Ember)
• Experience with a version control system (Git, SVN)
• Deep understanding of responsive front-end frameworks, cross-browser user interfaces/ browser limitations, modern web technologies, web security & SEO
• Attention to details and a strong commitment to quality

Complementary skill set

• Experience with a virtualization system (Vagrant, Docker)
• Knowledge in eCommerce in photo solutions
• Experienced with an Agile development process
